Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to any room types which will apply to your bookings and is a form of a legal agreement between PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN and you. We kindly ask you to take a moment to read them in prior to making a booking at PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN. By making a booking with PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN, it is confirmed that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN.
Check-In/Out Policy
- You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and booked a room.
- Pets are not allowed.
- A valid government issued identification or passport is required during check- in.
- Required security deposit of IDR 500,000 for Palm View Bungalow and IDR 1.000.000 for higher room category by cash or credit card (payment is made at check-in)
- Check-In time : 14.00 hours
- Check-Out time : 11.00 hours
- Late check-out / day use : will be based on room availability
- Check-out time until 18.00 hours : 50% charge.
- Check-out time LATER THAN 18.00 hours : 100% charge
- Late Check-out will be based on availability and confirmed by advance deposit or other arrangements that are approved by the resort.
Inclusion
- Welcome drink and chilled towel upon arrival
- Daily breakfast based on normal room occupancy
- Bicycle for 2 persons (most of room type) or 4 (Ocean View Family Villa) sharing with other guest, based on availability
- Kayak, SUP, Surf Board, Snorkeling gear for 2 persons (most of room type) or 4 (Ocean View Family Villa) sharing with other guest, based on availability
Reservation / Booking Terms
- All rates at PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Rates are based on the period of stay.
- Rates apply for normal occupancy.
- Rates are net – inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge and non-commission.
- Payment must be settled based on the payment policy.
- The resort reserves the right at any time by giving notice on writing to cancel the booking should the guest fail to fulfill the above terms and conditions.
- FOURCE MAJEURE: the resort shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occurred by through or in consequence of natural disaster, war, strikes, riots, epidemic of a disease, government regulations, and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of resort.
- Swimming and diving is prohibited when the weather is raining or the winds is very strong.
- Since it is close to nature you have to agree to the change of weather suddenly.
- The input of the required bank information and the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by electronic means constitute an electronic contract between the parties which is proof between the parties of the reservation of the service and the payment of the sums due upon the execution of said reservation.
- Disputes: Action or Other Matters arising. It is express agreed and declared that the proper law of the Agreement is the Law of Indonesia and that any disputes, action or other matters arising there under shall be determined in a court of Law in the Indonesia.
- Any extension of stay will be charged based on the current room rate or resort offer packages offered by PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN.
- Additional charge for:

- Extra bed inclusive breakfast for 1 person at IDR 500.000 net/unit/night
- Sofa bed inclusive breakfast for 1 person at IDR 300.00 net/unit/night
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

- All charges for your stay will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah.
- The guests are fully responsible for bank fee.

CHILDREN POLICY
- Children are considered 12 – 2 years old
- Children sharing with parent using existing bed are on complimentary bedding basic room only (based on room’s occupancy policy)
- Breakfast for children 5 years old and below are free
- Children between 6 – 12 years breakfast charged 50% from adult’s rate
- Children get 50% off adult’s meal prices (half portion) with exception of children menu
- Extra bed rate reminds the same as extra bed’s rate for adult
- Infant are considered 0 – 1.99 years of age
- Infant on full complimentary basis while dining with parent
- 1 baby cot per room is provided free of charge, based on availability
- Maximum number of extra bed or baby cot in a room is 1 (one), based on availability
- PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN is not liable for any injury or incidents your child might suffer or experience related to your stay at PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN.
- PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN is not accountable for anything that might happen to your child, it is entirely your responsibility with or without your supervision.
- Children and infant should be supervised at all time by parents or guardians.
- PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN provide baby sitter service at additional charge based on availability. Please contact our Front Desk agent for assistance.
- Please pay extra attention to your child during your stay at PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN.

NOTICE BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL – LATE CHARGE

- 13 – 7 days = 1 night
- 6 – 3 days = 50%
- Less than 3 days, No Show, Early Departure and Amendments = Full stay

- Period 1: Silent Day: 10 – 12 March 2024 & 28 – 31 March 2025
- Period 2: Easter: 29 March – 2 April 2024 & 18 – 22 April 2025

NOTICE BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL – LATE CHARGE
- Maximum 30 days = Free Cancellation Fee
- 30 – 21 days = 1 night
- 21 – 14 days = 50%
- Less than 14 days, No Show, Early Departure and Amendments = Full stay

- Period 1 : 1 July – 30 September
- Period 2 : 20 December – 10 January
NOTICE BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL – LATE CHARGE
- Maximum 45 days = Free Cancellation Fee
- 44 – 30 days = 1 night
- 29 – 21 days = 50%
- Less than 21 days, No Show, Early Departure and Amendments = Full stay
RESCHEDULE/AMEND BOOKING POLICY
- Rescheduling or amend date of stay will be based on the cancellation period.
- Reschedule or amend date of stay is not free of charge if the reschedule or amend date meet the cancellation period above.
- Applicable cancellation policy and no-show charge will be shown on your booking confirmation.
- Additional cost may arise if the amend date have different rate amount.
REFUND POLICY
- The refund policy will be based on the Cancellation policy. Please read carefully the “NOTICE BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL” for your kind reference.
- Eligible refund bookings will be processed based on the payment method upon booking confirmation. The refund should take approximately a minimum of 14 working days and/or depending upon bank policies.
- Any bank fee that may arise during the refund process will be the guest’s responsibility.
- For refund bank fee is booker responsibility, bank fee will be deducted from the refund total amount.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Prepayment is required for any payment method: Credit Card/online payment gateway, link payment (sent by resort) or bank transfer.
- Please contact our Reservation if you cannot settle the payment by Credit Card/online payment gateway. Our reservation will send you the link of payment to settle the payment by Card or bank account detail for bank transfer.
- To confirm the booking, 1 night deposit is required for any payment. Except for NON-REFUNDABLE rate plan full payment/100% night deposit is required for any payment.
Resort will remind you to settle the outstanding balance (whole amount) in the free cancellation period in each season.
- The outstanding balance (whole amount) must be settled before arrival. If the guest fails to settle the outstanding balance (whole amount) based on the Cut of Date (COD) that is given by the Resort, then the Resort has the right to cancel the booking based on the cancellation policy.
- Total amount received by the Resort’s bank account must be equal to the invoice amount (bank transfer fee is the sender’s responsibility).
If the amount received by the Resort’s bank account is less than the invoice amount, the guest must send the outstanding balance before arrival or agree to charge the outstanding balance upon arrival, otherwise the Resort has the right to cancel the booking.
PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY
For the purpose of Privacy Policy, ‘Personal Data’ means any information provided by you when interacting with us. Your data is collected through the use of our website or through contacting us, which identify you personally directly or indirectly, as the data references an identifier as your name, identification number, location data, online identifier (e.g., telephone number) as an individual person. We may also collect personal data about you in other instances which relate to your stay at PONDOK SANTI ESTATE GILI TRAWANGAN.
