The menu follows what is available locally and in season—ingredients chosen for their quality, prepared with restraint and precision. Flavours are clean, balanced, and deliberate.
Lighting is low, the atmosphere unhurried. It’s the kind of place where dinner becomes the main event of the evening.

Best choice for fine dining.
It's definitely the best dining experience you'd expect in Gili Island. [...] Food is beyond expectation, service from Robin even more so. We had a wonderful time. You could tell they put a lot of thoughts into everything, to make sure every guest enjoy as much as possible.

DELICIOUS food, wonderful service !!!
Stunningly delicious food beautifully presented. We ordered the roasted cauliflower and the fish dish. Fresh, flavourful and truly unique. This is a restaurant not to be missed. The service was attentive, friendly and professional.

The best restaurant in Gili T without a doubt!
The food scene in Gili T is not the best, but Ijo really stands out. We had both dinner and lunch at Ijo and at the beach restaurant connected to it. The beach restaurant is perfect for lunch or dinner with a more laid back atmosphere. Ijo has a smaller menu and the food here is truly amazing. Would recommend the rib eye especially. Lovely staff as well. Kept coming back!

Santi Beach offers a relaxed beach club and sunset bar in Gili Trawangan, set directly on the estate’s private beach.
By day, it’s easy, barefoot lunches, something cold to drink, and the sound of the water just steps away.
By late afternoon, it shifts. The light softens, music comes in, and the space becomes one of the best sunset spots on this side of the island.
The menu stays simple but well executed; fresh seafood, lighter dishes, and cocktails that carry you into the evening.
